I have worked at Smith Ford since we bought it in 2012, but I have worked in the Ford Business for most of my life, being the third generation of Ford Dealers in my family. In my free time, I enjoy listening to podcasts, having theological discussions, spending time with my family, working outside, and hunting. I like my job because I like helping people, building relationships with longstanding and new customers and solving problems. In 2025, my main goal is to build our new store in Silver City and be open by the end of the year. 

Lee Robertson came to work for Smith Ford as the Fleet Manager in 2021. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, camping, having theological debates and reading. Lee enjoys his job because he likes working with other businesses and providing quality products. In 2025 Lee hopes to expand our fleet contracts to more businesses.

I came to work for Smith Ford in 2024. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and gardening. I like my job because I like to see the smile on my customers faces when they purchase a car, and I really like the community here. My goal for 2025 is to grow my customer base and sell more cars. 

Ed Longoria has worked for the McSpadden family since the 1980's. In his free time, Ed likes to spend time with his family. He likes his job because he likes to help customers find vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyles. He has said, "I appreciate the opportunity to make my customers smile." and his goal for 2025 is to sell more cars and trucks.

I started working at Smith Ford in 2003.  I was hired by Kiki Chaires and Manny Rendon, and I am one of the original Smith Ford employees that carried over! I do not have a lot of free time, but I enjoy spending time with my family and animals.  I also realized this past year that I enjoy taking a vacation to a sunny beach once in a while! I love my job!  I have been doing it for almost 22 years, and it is something I feel I am good at.  I like to continue learning new things.  Eric likes to shake things up sometimes, and that makes me always feel like I am always learning something new! My top business goal for 2025 is for Smith Ford to be even more customer oriented.  I feel like we do a pretty good job, but any business could be better at putting the customer first and foremost, and that is my goal for 2025.  We should be acquiring, retaining, and building relationships with our customers.

Ethan has worked for the McSpadden Family since 2020. In his free time he enjoys shooting. He loves his job and is looking forward to becoming Master Certified this year. Ethan has big goals for 2025, he has recently accepted the leadership position in our lube shop to develop the skills and knowledge of our mechanics and get our lube bay running more efficiently. 

Gilbert "Geebo" came to work for Smith Ford in 2023. 

I have been working for Smith Ford since 2011. In my free time, I enjoy cleaning yards and landscaping. I like my job because I like to stay busy and always look for things to do. My goal for 2025 is to maintain the dealership in optimum condition. 

I have worked at Smith Ford since 2010. In my free time, I enjoy working on cars and I like to stay busy, which is why I like my job so much! In 2025 my business goal is to stay busy and work hard because I love my job.

I came to work at Smith Ford at the end of 2023, after Hatch Ford closed their doors, and I am glad I did! This is a great place to work, like one big family. In my free time I enjoy traveling Tucson and spending time with my family and some of my hobbies include baseball, cooking and golf. I enjoy my job because of the people and the environment, but I truly love the car business. I love meeting new people, helping them find the car or truck that they want as well as solving problems. In 2025 I would like to achieve 100% customer service satisfaction. 

I began working part-time for Smith Ford in 2012 and am enjoying my newest position!  In my free time, I enjoy working outside with my horses, in my garden and orchard. I love my job because I like developing relationships with our customers, helping solve problems whether through sales or service. I also really enjoy developing a positive media presence for our business, whether through social media, our website or traditional forms such as newspapers and events. In 2025, my goal is to further promote Smith Ford and develop new partnerships with organizations to advance our business with customers, clients and more. 

I started working for Smith Ford in 2023. In my free time I enjoy traveling around New Mexico competing in sport tournaments and spending time with my family. I like my work environment because I have cool co-workers and my job is neat because I get to drive a bunch of super nice vehicles. For 2025, I would like to expand my knowledge and skill set in all areas of Smith Ford, because I hope to be able to run this company someday.

Amanda came to work for the McSpadden Family in 2018. In her free time, Amanda enjoys camping and traveling. She enjoys her job because she enjoys working for a small family owned business rather than a corporation. In 2025 I would like to develop more relationships with customers. 

I grew up in Smith Ford and have done everything from mopping floors and sweeping the shop to running the welding and fabrication shop and working in the service department. I work in service, parts and the fabrication shop as needed.  In my free time, I enjoy working outside, riding horses, reading, watching tv and sleeping. My business goal for 2025 is to learn all aspects of the dealership areas so I can help my Dad run the store someday.
